Site reports Provide training to employees utilizing electronic safety management system Coordinate and conduct inspections of job sites, facilities, vehicles, or equipment. Research federal, state, and local safety requirements to keep up to date with compliance requirements for every location Coordinates local safety committees to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Follow-up on and debrief on any critical event including leading the investigation of the event and implementation of corrective actions; distributing insights, best-practices and lessons learned to sites Work closely with all locations to institute industry leading best practice safety solutions (e.g. benchmarking, "Human Performance" safety, etc.) partner with senior leadership across the organization to bring cohesiveness and synergy to the Company?s approach to safety issues throughout business operations. Performs work under minimal supervision and executes safety compliance audits for manufacturing/shop environments and field work.
